French Toast

French Toast

 Ingredients:

6 slices bread
4 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
splash of vanilla extract
butter or vegetable oil for cooking

Directions:

Use a shallow dish. Whisk eggs, add rest of ingredients.
Mix together.
Dunk each side of bread into mixture. 
On medium low heat cook french toast on each side.
Optional sprinkle powdered sugar on top of toast.
Serve with syrup.


Dreamy Chicken Casserole

Dreamy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

1 can cream of chicken soup
2 to 3 cups shredded chicken 
1 cup sour cream
1 to 2 tubes ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter

Directions:

Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
Mix soup and sour cream.
Stir in chicken.
Pour into 13x9 dish.
Crush crackers and pour on top.
Pour butter over crackers.
Bake 20-30 minutes.

Crockpot Pork Loin

Crockpot Pork Loin

Ingredients:

2.5 pound pork loin fillet
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 cup beef broth 

Instructions:

Add soup mix, and beef broth to bottom 
of crockpot whisk to combine.
Place pork into crockpot. 
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. 
Until pork is falling apart.
Spoon sauce over pork loin and 
cut and serve with juices.

Baked Pork Chops


Baked Pork Chops


Ingredients:

4 boneless pork chops 1 inch thick
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F. 
Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Rub each pork chop with olive oil.
In a small bowl mix together salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
Season all sides of the pork chop with this mix. 
Place seasoned pork chops onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot.

Baked Mac & Cheese

Baked Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

2 cups cubed Velveeta 
6 oz elbow macaroni (1 1/2 cups)
2 Tbsp flour
2 cups milk
3 Tbsp butter 
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions:

Cook macaroni according to package.
For cheese sauce: in a sauce pan melt butter, 
stir in flour, salt & pepper. Add milk.
Cook until thick & bubbly.
Add velveeta.
 Stir until cheesy is fully melted. 
Stir & cook 1-2 more minutes.
Pour over noodles. Put into 13x9 dish.
Bake 20-30 minutes @ 350 degrees F.

Warm Bean Dip

Warm Bean Dip

Ingredients:


(2) 16 oz. cans refried beans
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded


Directions:


Preheat oven to 350.
In a medium bowl, use an electric handheld mixer to 
combine the refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, 
and taco seasoning.
Spread mixture evenly on bottom of 9 x 13 baking pan.
Sprinkle both cheeses on top of bean mixture and 
place pan in oven for about 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve with tortilla chips or fritos.

Lasagna Pasta


Lasagna Pasta

Ingredients:


1 lb bowtie pasta
1 lb  ground turkey
1 jar marinara sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 heaping teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup low-fat sour cream.


Instructions:


Boil pasta in large pot of salted water until al dente, drain.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; 
drain fat and return to pan.
Add cooked pasta to skillet on top of meat. 
Add the sauce, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasonings. 
Stir. Add cheese and sour cream. 
Stir over low heat until cheese is melted and 
all ingredients are combined.
Serve with parmesan or additional mozzarella.



Oven Roasted Red Potatoes


Oven Roasted Red Potatoes


Ingredients:

Red skin potatoes (about 7 large potatoes)
6 tablespoons olive oil
3 teaspoon onion powder
3 teaspoon Italian seasoning
3/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. 
Scrub/wash your potatoes. 
Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Cut your potatoes into small chunks that are all about the same size. 
Lay the potatoes on your prepared baking sheet.
Mix together oil, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, 
salt and pepper, and brush onto the potatoes. 
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve.
